Rebecca Domorev is the founder and CEO of Tielka, an internationally recognised Australian organic tea brand she has built over sixteen years from regional Queensland.
Tielka has won 49 awards including 24 gold medals.
In 2018, when her third child arrived with an unexpected diagnosis of Down syndrome, everything she thought she knew about her future shifted overnight. Yet in the most challenging season of her life, the infrastructure she'd been quietly building, held. And this has been the foundation of everything that has carried her through. It has made Rebecca, her family, her business, and her marriage richer and stronger.
